Handmade solid oak wood bench, indoor hallway bench, boho style

Handmade solid wooden bench with a beautiful oak plank. A simple, minimalist model but which does not lack character and warmth thanks to its traditional design.
The legs have been hand cut from chestnut following the natural curves of the fibers, which gives them that graceful look.
The seat is made of solid oak, 4 cm thick, and comes from a single piece, without gluing, which gives you pretty natural patterns (and not unsightly assemblies)
The oak top is left unfinished (just nicely planed and sanded with a smooth finish) and
will get a nice patina over time.
It is sealed with low lustre clear oil to protect if from any stains.

As oak and chestnut are rot-proof woods, this bench can also be used outdoors without treatment.

The sweet chestnut and the oak comes from a local sawmill.
This bench will serve very well as a Scandinavian entrance bench, bedroom extra bench, designer bench for the living room
