🔌 Is the floor lamp compliant with electrical standards?
Yes. All electrical components are CE certified, with a standard E27 socket, a textile cable with switch, and careful assembly in the workshop. You can use LED, traditional, or decorative bulbs (max 40W recommended for a filament bulb).

💡 Is the bulb included?
Unless otherwise stated in the product sheet, the bulb is not included but can be taken as an option. This allows you to choose the style and light temperature that suits you best.

🌳 Is the wood treated or protected?
Each branch is carefully selected, the wood is naturally dried and kiln-treated to ensure its stability and prevent any moisture or microorganisms. After sanding, I apply a natural finish (oil or plant wax) to protect the wood while respecting its raw and authentic appearance. No toxic products are used.

🪵 Can the wood crack over time?
Wood is a living material that can slightly shift depending on humidity variations. This is part of the charm of each piece. However, all branches are dried before manufacturing to ensure good stability over time.

📦 Is the packaging secure for delivery?
Yes. Each floor lamp is securely packaged with reinforced and recyclable protections (kraft paper, padding, double-thickness cardboard). The shipment is made with a tracking number and included insurance.

🎨 Will I receive exactly the model in the photo?
Yes, you will receive exactly the floor lamp shown in the photos. Each piece is unique.

🇫🇷 Is this a truly handcrafted product?
Yes! All floor lamps are handmade in Brittany, in my workshop. I use local or reclaimed wood (cutting waste, fallen branches), in an ecological and responsible approach.
